The Oprah Winfrey Show tonight has brought Ali Mcgraw and Ryan O Neal together again. The show, a rerun from October, reunited the “Love Story” stars 40 years after that unforgettable movie. Most importantly they have admitted that they had feelings for each other while making the film.
O’Neal even went so far as to say that Macgraw was his first love, and that he used to be sad at the end of a day of filming when her husband was in town because he knew that she was with him instead.
You can be sure, the movie brought so many yearning hearts together. The irony is that their lives took them in different paths and after 40 years, presently, this duo is leading a life of isolation as far as love is concerned.
Ali MacGraw and her husband Steve McQueen were an item until their union ended in a very public and bitter divorce. She again married to the Love Story producer, Robert Evans, but they split in 1978.

| A New Love-story? |
Presently, she is living a happy and private life in a small adobe home in the mountains of New Mexico. The mom of one practices yoga and works for animal rights. “I have this amazing life,” she said in the show. “I’m learning how to live in the present and be grateful for what’s working rather than look for the ‘what’s not working’ piece.”
Ryan O’Neal spent many years with longtime love, Farrah Fawcett, till he lost her to cancer in 2009.
During the show, Oprah asked Ryan if he ever thought he’d find love again, and he pointed to Ali and said, “Well, I’m gonna work on this one over the weekend”.
After the show, there is a big expectation that this duo is going to come together. Anything is possible in true love.
