Angelica Panganiban Meets her Long Lost Father

Angelica Panganiban is in news for her emotional meeting with  her biological father.

Filipino actress got a very early Christmas present this year. A few weeks ago, the former child star was reunited with her long-lost father, an American whom she had never met. Panganiban was adopted at a young age, and she allowed the Filipino show “The Buzz” film her first meeting with her birth father.

In the video interview by host  Abunda with her regarding her reported meeting  with her biological father, a certain Mr. Charlson in the US,  she was seen very emotional and was in tears of joy. She narrated about her excitement of the first five days and how she watched  her movie “I Love You Goodbye” with her father.

Angelica Panganiban, who was a cheerleader and also a feature editor in her school newspaper, started her career at age 6 with her first show  ‘Ang TV’ on  ABS-CBN.  She starred in the 2007 movie ‘A Love Story’, produced by Star Cinema, and was one of the lead stars of ABS-CBN's ‘Iisa Pa Lamang’ in 2008.
She appeared in the 2009 film ‘I Love You, Goodbye’ and in the television series ‘Rubi.’

Starting from 1992 to till date she has acted innumerous TV shows and films and received many awards and distinctions.

Recently she is facing some health challenges, where she has to undergo a heart operation and another involving  her tonsils before that. She says she is afraid of the operations, but actor Derek Ramsay, Angelica’s long-time boyfriend, is constantly persuading her to overcome her fears and undergo the operations as soon as possible.
