Greater Noida Authority had conducted a draw on 30th December, 2010 for the RPS – 02/2010 Residential Scheme today.
The results for this draw is published on the official website of Greater Noida Authority on http://www.greaternoidaauthority.in, however it seems that the website could not take the pressure of the heavy traffic and has crashed.No one from the Greater Noida Authority was available for any comment. Applicants are advised to visit the Authority office during working hours for the results. If the official site becomes available later on the day, the information can be accessed. One has to keep trying at regular intervals to log onto the website for the results.
Approximately 11,600 flats are available in Noida and Greater Noida after the respective development authorities hike the floor area ratio for builders.
After a meeting has taken place between the society representatives, district magistrate Deepak Aggarwal and Stamp Department officers, also no conclusion has been reached so far.
In another news, Real estate firm, Parsvnath Developers today received occupation certificate for one of its luxury project 'Parsvnath Panorama' in Greater Noida from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
Parsvnath Panorama has total 246 units with an approximate area of 7 lakh sq ft and is located at Kachnar Estate in Greater Noida.
The project has been designed by the world famous architect Hafeez Contractor, the structure of which is earthquake resistant.
